Everbloom is an on-device daily puzzle. The app does not create accounts, does not collect names or email addresses, does not collect location, does not use analytics, and does not send gameplay data to an Everbloom server.
Optional one-time cosmetic purchases and per-season Season Pass purchases are handled by Apple App Store billing or Google Play Billing. Everbloom does not receive, store, or log full card numbers, bank details, store account credentials, billing addresses, or payment profiles.
Everbloom currently collects no personal data.
The app stores non-personal local state on your device:
This local state remains on your device unless you clear app data or delete the app.
Apple App Store billing and Google Play Billing are the sole purchase processors for optional cosmetics and Season Passes. Those stores process payment information under their own privacy terms and platform controls.
Everbloom receives only store-level purchase status sufficient to unlock non-transferable cosmetic items and owned Season Pass access locally. No card, bank, or payment method data is stored by the app.
Named sub-processors:
No hosting provider, remote database, email provider, auth provider, analytics provider, crash-reporting provider, or advertising provider is configured by Everbloom.
Telemetry is currently none.
If telemetry is ever added, it must be opt-in, default-off, documented here before release, and limited to the data described in the updated policy.
The mobile app does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking configured by Everbloom.
Because Everbloom currently collects no personal data, Everbloom does not rely on a legal basis to process personal data. Local app state is stored at your direction to provide the gameplay, settings, saved herbarium, and cosmetic selections on your device.
Store purchase processing is performed by Apple or Google under their own legal bases and platform terms.
Local gameplay, settings, onboarding, and cosmetic state remain until you clear app data or delete the app. Everbloom has no server-side copy to delete.
Depending on your location, privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA may give you rights to access, delete, export, correct, or restrict personal data. Everbloom currently has no server-side personal data about you.
To delete Everbloom local data, delete the app or clear its app data in your operating system settings. For purchase records, use Apple or Google account tools because payment records are held by the store processor, not Everbloom.
You may contact noumenon.aii@gmail.com with privacy requests. If Everbloom has no data responsive to your request, we will say so.
Everbloom does not transfer app data to an Everbloom server. Apple or Google may process purchase data in the regions described by their own privacy policies.
Everbloom stores its app state locally through platform storage libraries. No internet API, cloud database, remote admin panel, or operator data access path is configured by Everbloom.
Everbloom is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided personal data to Guy Levi, contact noumenon.aii@gmail.com. Because Everbloom currently has no account system or server-side data store, deletion is normally handled by deleting the app or clearing app data on the device.
If this policy changes, Guy Levi will update the bundled policy text before release. Material data-collection changes must not be enabled silently.
